Connector customers

Hide Xero customers you no longer work for, so they stop appearing in Smartworks.

Overview

Customers under Connectors opens Customer Settings, a list of the customers Smartworks has brought in from Xero. Tick Hidden? beside a customer to stop them appearing in Smartworks, without changing anything in Xero.

The page

Part What it does
Search Shows only customers whose name matches what you type.
Name The customer’s name in Xero.
Hidden? Ticked customers are left out of customer lists in Smartworks.

The list loads more customers as you scroll down.

Step by step: hide a customer
  1. Click Settings in the header.
  2. Click Customers under Connectors.
  3. Type part of the customer’s name in Search.
  4. Tick Hidden? beside the customer.

Smartworks saves straight away and shows Customer updated. Untick Hidden? to bring the customer back.
