Customer Assets
Keep a record of the equipment you service for customers, with its jobs, notes and photos.
A customer asset is a thing you look after for a customer, such as a vehicle or a machine. Customer Assets lists them with their next service date. Each asset keeps its own notes, jobs and images, and jobs can be linked to the assets they were for.

Finding an asset
Filter the list by Customer, by text in Search, or by a range of dates in Next Service Date From and Next Service Date To. The table shows Name, Customer, Next Service Date, Make, Model and Primary ID. Click a row to open the asset.
